This project was all about subtle sophistication and honoring the timeless charm of this 1920s San Francisco home. This home had a prior full renovation in 2014 we did our minor face lift in 2022, Our approach involved a minor facelift that focused on enhancing key areas while maintaining the original character of the residence. In the kitchen, we refined the existing layout by updating the lighting, refinishing the cabinetry, adding new hardware, and crafting a custom plaster hood vent—small updates with a big impact on the overall feel.

The interior and exterior received a fresh touch with updated lighting, while thoughtfully placed sconces added warmth and elegance throughout. We reimagined the driveway with herringbone pavers for a classic polished look, providing an inviting first impression. One of the standout features is the all-black, palm leaf-adorned powder room, a bold nod to both the 1920s heritage of the home and the client's love for The Beverly Hills Hotel. This space combines history with personality, creating a unique, statement-making experience in an otherwise subtle facelift.
